Customers can schedule services online, via email. Please provide preferred service, date, time, and location (home, office, facility, etc.).
Confirm Details
You’ll confirm the appointment, verify the type of lab work needed, and collect any necessary paperwork (doctor’s orders, insurance info, or lab requisition forms).
Payment & Insurance
Customers may pay upfront, submit insurance information, or arrange payment with their provider.

Appointment Reminder
Send a confirmation and reminder (24 hours before) with preparation instructions.
How to Prepare
Have Documentation Ready
Lab order/requisition form from their doctor. Insurance card and photo ID (if applicable).
Follow Pre-Test Instructions
If fasting is required, avoid food/drink (except water) for the instructed number of hours. Take medications as directed by their physician.
